We generally prepare and hand over your order to our carrier on the day you placed it. For orders placed before noon (France time), it will generally be delivered on the following day in France and neighbouring countries, 1 to 3 days in other EU countries and 2 to 5 days everywhere else. Although we partner with the best, please understand potential delivery delays are out of our control. Please also note that customs may require additional information directly to you via the email you provided during checkout, resulting in extended delays. We will help to ease the communications where possible but it is your responsibility to provide the necessary information when shipments are on hold.
Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order status in real-time, every step of the way.
For shipments outside of the European Union, please be aware that additional government duties and fees for your order may apply, often above a certain order value. These charges are solely determined by the arrival countries customs authorities and are out of our control so please get in touch with your local authorities to find out the amount you may be charged upon delivery.
Deliveries to Russia: Due to the current international regulations, orders made for a delivery in the Russian Federation are final and non-refundable.
The delivery is made to the delivery address you provided when placing your order, being specified that it must be your own residence, an individual of your choice or a legal entity (i.e. delivery to your company). You must make sure that you have provided an accurate and complete delivery address, otherwise the order will be returned to us and extra charges will apply for returning and resending the order.
If for any reason you change your mind within 14 days after you receive your order, you have a right to cancel and return the item(s) your ordered for an exchange or a refund. We can facilitate the return process by sending you a printable return shipping label to affix on the parcel you received from us.
For returns, unless of an error made by us or a faulty item was delivered, the actual return cost will be deducted from your refund. Please first email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your request and we will be happy to guide you through the return steps.
Alternatively, we can provide you with one of our warehouse addresses within France to organise the return by yourself. In this case and since we cannot be held responsible for the return risks, we kindly ask you to keep proof of postage until a refund has been issued back to you
Once your order has been returned, you will be notified when your item(s) have been checked and when your refund has been processed or the exchange organised.
Please return your purchase to us in its original packaging with any related accessories. Incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled items that are returned to us will not lead to a refund or exchange. Likewise, please make sure to keep the swing tag on the products as well as the hygienic protective sticker before returning your item(s).
Provided the item(s) you are returning are in perfect condition, we will issue a full refund within 3 to 10 working days, minus the shipping costs of return incurred.
